All solutions deployed by Attensi Technology Platform require connectivity to the internet. The endpoints below should be reachable for customers using the different Attensi Products to ensure expected service quality.

IP whitelisting
The Attensi Platform has dynamic IP ranges for most of its services and therefore IP whitelisting is not applicable. Exceptions below:
- Optional whitelisting for Attensi SFTP IP address: 52.59.3.128
- If Attensi connects to an external SFTP the following IPs may require whitelisting:

SCORM e-learning content in Attensi Engage:
If Attensi Engage is configured with SCORM e-learning content, the following URL must be whitelisted: https://cloud.scorm.com/
Attensi Manager with Dashboard enabled:
If Dashboard is enabled in Attensi Manager, whitelisting may be required for PowerBI. Please see guidance from Microsoft here.
Attensi Login Service: Company domain e-mail address and One Time Pin (OTP):
If using company domain (work) e-mail and OTP as authentication method, we advise whitelisting the Attensi email domain to prevent any potential delays caused by email services.

Reference detail
- *.anam.ai covers the session API and media gateway: api.anam.ai, connect.anam.ai, connect-eu.anam.ai, connect-us.anam.ai.
- turn.cloudflare.com on 443 TCP TLS is the automatic relay fallback used when UDP is blocked.
- The four IPs under Recommended are Anam's media relays — 83.228.146.41 / 83.228.146.60 (EU) and 166.19.90.3 / 166.19.90.23 (US). They give the lowest latency by letting media flow directly over UDP. They are not required: with the domain rules alone, the TURN-over-TLS fallback engages automatically.
- For customers that allowlist by IP for the TURN fallback: IPv4 141.101.90.1/32, 162.159.207.1/32; IPv6 2a06:98c1:3200::1/128, 2606:4700:48::1/128.
- Networks doing SSL / deep-packet inspection must bypass it for *.anam.ai and turn.cloudflare.com, or sessions fail to establish.
- Anam aims to keep the relay IPs static but notes they can occasionally change.
