All solutions deployed by Attensi Technology Platform require connectivity to the internet. The endpoints below should be reachable for customers using the different Attensi Products to ensure expected service quality.

IP whitelisting
The Attensi Platform has dynamic IP ranges for most of its services and therefore IP whitelisting is not applicable. Exceptions below:
- Optional whitelisting for Attensi SFTP IP address: 52.59.3.128
- If Attensi connects to an external SFTP the following IPs may require whitelisting:
18.185.253.121/32
3.65.89.94/32
3.77.62.88/32

SCORM e-learning content in Attensi ENGAGE*
If Attensi ENGAGE* is configured with SCORM e-learning content, the following URL must be whitelisted: https://cloud.scorm.com/
Attensi MANAGER* with Dashboard enabled
If Dashboard is enabled in Attensi MANAGER*, whitelisting may be required for PowerBI. Please see guidance from Microsoft here.
Attensi Login Service: Company domain e-mail address and One Time Pin (OTP)
If using company domain (work) e-mail and OTP as authentication method, we advise to whitelist the Attensi email domain to prevent any potential delays caused by email services.
