Attensi training simulations can be distributed in several ways and are supported on multiple platforms.
If you're new to Attensi, this guide will help you get started with your training.
Before you dive in, make sure that you know where to find the training and that you have downloaded the training.

Login with Your User
Start the training and write in the company name or company code to get to the login screen:
Select login method and follow the steps. Please note: not all of the login methods listed below may be available to you; for example, you may only be able to login with phone number and/or email.
- From the login screen, under ‘Login’ click ‘E-mail’.
- Enter your company registered email and click send code. Make sure to double-check spelling and remove any spaces.
- Check your email inbox and copy the 6-digit login code.
- Enter the code you received by email and click ‘Login’.
Phone number
- From the login screen, under ‘Login’ click ‘Phone number’.
- Write in your company registered phone number without any spaces or dashes and click ‘Send code’.
- Check your phone’s SMS inbox to find the 6-digit login code.
- Enter the code you received by SMS and click ‘Login’.
Username
- From the login screen, under ‘Login’ click ‘Username and Password’.
- Write in your company registered username and password.
- Click ‘Login’.
Create new user
- From the login screen, under ‘Login’ click ‘Create new user’.
- Write in your first name and last name.
- Follow the steps, and add the required information (email, phone number, etc).
- Once you have completed the steps, go back and login using your preferred login (phone number or email) as provided when creating your user.
If your company has integrated their login with Attensi, you'll need to use your company authentication, e.g. two-factor authentication with Microsoft Azure.
Set Up Your Profile
If this is the first time you are logging in, you will be guided through an onboarding to set up your profile.
The onboarding steps may differ from company to company; however, some settings will typically be default for all:
- Read through and accept the privacy policy and terms of use
- Choose an avatar and a username to personalize your profile
- Select if you want to be anonymous on the leaderboard

Once you've completed the steps above, you are ready to start playing.
Troubleshoot Issues with Getting Started
If you’re unable to sign in to Attensi as a new user, read on to learn how to troubleshoot some of the most common issues.
Your email or phone number is not registered
- Check that you have used the correct email. If you have several work email addresses, please try again using a different work email. Also make sure the spelling is correct and there are no spaces.
- Check that you have used the correct phone number. If your phone number is not registered, try to log in by email (if available). If that does not work, ask your training manager or your support to add your phone number to your user. Make sure the number is written correctly and that there are no spaces or dashes in the phone number.
Your user doesn't exist
- If you get an error saying the user does not exist, please ensure that you have been added as a user with the correct information, by contacting your local IT or Support. Ensure you have checked your credentials for any typos.
You forgot your password
- Check if you can log in with one-time password by email or SMS. If you're using your email or phone number to login, you get a one-time password when you log in. Select login with phone number or email to log in.
- If you log in with username and password, you can reset your password. Log out or restart the simulation to go back to the login screen, then click on "Log in with user name and password", and click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
You're not receiving login code by SMS
- Check that you have entered the correct phone number. Make sure that you have entered the correct phone number without spacing and with the correct country code.
- Check your cell reception and notification settings. If you do not receive an SMS from Attensi, check that your phone has cell reception, and that flight mode or similar "do not disturb" modes are turned off.
You're not receiving login code by email
- Check that you have entered the correct email. If you have several work email addresses, make sure you have entered the correct email address.
- Check your spam folder, your internet connection, and talk to your IT team. If emails from Attensi aren’t getting delivered to your inbox or spam folder, and you are connected to internet, ask your IT team to allow emails from @attensi.com.
